Cappuccino Coffee Espresso Maker

I am looking to buy a latte maker. Or basicaly an espresso machine that will froth milk as well.
I was wondering if anyone owned on are reccomended a good one. Especialy one that is easy to use.
Also I have seen how exspensive these things can get lol so lets try to keep the price down.

I liked the Tassimo one!!
But I live in Colorado!
And that’s over 6,500 feet and it doesn’t work at that altitude.
