What kind of coffee grind should I be using for an Moka Pot?
I grind my espresso at a local grocery store. And I always set the machine to the Espresso setting but I’m not sure if that is right grind I should be using.

Trying to make a hot latte – help?
I have a good cappuccino/espresso machine with 15 bars of pressure, and when I make an espresso the coffee itself is very hot. But once I steam the milk and add it to make a latte, it is just lukewarm and cools very quickly. What am I doing wrong? Should I be steaming the milk until it’s piping hot? I was told to steam it until the metal pitcher felt warm on the outside.
I suppose I could just nuke it when I’m done, but any other suggestions would be appreicated. Thanks! I can’t pay for Starbucks anymore and need this to work

im a barista and for christmas i wanted to get my parents an espresso machine.
i know how to make the coffee and all that but i dont know what im looking for in a good eespresso machine!
so does anyone know a good brand or model i can check out??? i dont want to spend over $300 if i dont have to.
What moderately priced espresso machines is best?
So, I am absolutely in love with espresso (oddly, I cant stand the taste of coffee), but I would love to be able to make espresso whenever I please and not have to pay BIG BUCKS for those tiny DoubleShots. Ive been looking into machines and while there are many $100+ ones, I was curious if anyone out there has one around $60 and under that works great, what it is and where I can find one….
Please help. This, sadly, would make my week… =p
